Does a VIP upgrade include a concert ticket?
No—VIP upgrades provide access to the VIP meetup only. You need a valid concert ticket to enter the venue. Official ticket links for each show are listed at blackbriarmusic.com/tour.
When will I receive my VIP ticket?
We deliver VIP tickets by email shortly after your order is placed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Email vip@blackbriarmusic.com and we’ll re-send it.
Where and when is the VIP meetup?
The exact location, check-in time, and instructions depend on the venue. We’ll email you the final details in advance once the venue confirms logistics (often close to the show date).
What should I bring to the VIP meetup?
Please bring your concert ticket and your VIP VIP ticket. Additional items or restrictions (e.g., bags, cameras) follow the venue’s policy and will be noted in the instruction email.
I entered the wrong email at checkout. What can I do?
Email us at vip@blackbriarmusic.com with your name, order number, and the correct email address so we can update and re-send your VIP ticket.
Are there age restrictions?
Age limits and supervision rules are set by each venue. Please check the venue’s policy for your show. If you have questions, reach out to us and we’ll help clarify.
What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving at the time specified in your instruction email. Late arrival may limit your ability to take part in some parts of the VIP experience depending on the schedule and venue. If you’re running late, notify venue staff as soon as you arrive.
