Terms & Conditions

1) Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made on vip.blackbriarmusic.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Blackbriar Music (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a VIP upgrade (the “VIP Upgrade”), you agree to these Terms.
2) What VIP Upgrades Are (and Aren’t)
- A VIP Upgrade provides access to the VIP meetup/experience only. It does not include admission to the concert/show.
- To enter the venue, you must have a valid concert ticket purchased separately. Official ticket links for each date are listed at blackbriarmusic.com/tour.
- VIP meetup details (location, timing, check-in instructions) depend on the venue and are confirmed close to the show date. We will email instructions in advance.
3) Ordering & Contract Formation
- By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or policy violations.
4) Pricing, Fees & Taxes
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include service fees and applicable taxes where required.
- We may change prices at any time prior to purchase. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time of your order.
5) Delivery (Digital Tickets)
- VIP tickets are delivered digitally to the email address used at checkout shortly after your order is placed.
- Can’t find the email? Check your spam/junk folder and search for “VIP” or “Blackbriar”. If still missing, email vip@blackbriarmusic.com and include your name and order number.
- If you made a typo in your email, contact us with the correct email and we’ll re-send your ticket after verification.
Delivery is deemed complete when we send the email to the address provided at checkout.
6) Transfers, Name Changes & Resale
- VIP Upgrades are generally non-transferable without prior approval. For transfer/name change requests, email vip@blackbriarmusic.com.
- Unauthorised resale or scalping may result in cancellation without refund. We may void VIP Upgrades obtained from unauthorised sellers.
7) Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- If a show is cancelled, VIP Upgrade refunds may be offered in our discretion or in accordance with venue/organiser rules. Instructions will be emailed.
- If a show is rescheduled, your VIP Upgrade is typically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us promptly to discuss options.
- Except as required by law or expressly stated above, VIP Upgrades are generally non-refundable.
- Specific VIP elements (e.g., photo, signing, merchandise) are subject to change due to scheduling, safety, or venue constraints. Substitutions of substantially similar value may be provided where feasible.
8) Venue Entry Requirements
- Bring your concert ticket, and your VIP ticket.
- Age restrictions, security screening, and prohibited items are set by each venue and must be followed.
- Late arrival may result in missing parts of the VIP experience and does not entitle you to a refund.
9) Code of Conduct & Security
- Respectful conduct is required. Harassment, dangerous behavior, or intoxication may lead to removal without refund.
- We and venue staff may implement reasonable safety measures. Follow all instructions from staff and posted policies.
10) Accessibility
Accessibility varies by venue. If you or someone in your party needs accommodations, please email us in advance at vip@blackbriarmusic.com and we’ll coordinate with the venue where possible.
11) Privacy & Communications
- We process your data to fulfil your order and communicate about your VIP experience. For more information, see our Privacy Policy (if available).
- By purchasing, you consent to receive transactional emails about your order and event instructions.
12) Photography, Recording & Intellectual Property
- Photography/recording rules may vary by venue and artist policy. We’ll specify what’s permitted in the instruction email.
- By attending, you acknowledge you may be photographed or recorded and consent to the use of your likeness in connection with the event and our promotional materials, where permitted by law.
- All content and materials on this Site are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
13) Disclaimers & Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., travel or accommodation costs) arising from changes or cancellations.
- Except where prohibited by law, our maximum aggregate liability related to a VIP Upgrade is limited to the amount you paid for that VIP Upgrade.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, illness, government action).
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Courts of the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Changes to These Terms
